| A: Login and click "view your ads", click "delete" for the ad you wish to remove from the site. |
| Q: I've forgotten my login details, what can I do? |
| A: Send an email to info@spatrader.com.au requesting your login details and they will be forwarded to you within 24 hrs. |
| Q: I have submitted my listing but I can't find the ad on the site. |
| A: Please allow 24hrs for used spa and new spa listings to be approved and uploaded to the site. If yours is a paid listing the payment will not be processed until the ad is uploaded. |
| Q: I submitted my listing over 24 hrs ago but I can't find it anywhere on the website. |
| A: Make sure you are searching in the right category i.e. new spas or used spas. Then do a keyword search using words you used in your listing title. |
| Q: Why was my listing not approved? |
| A: Listings will only be rejected if they contain information or images that do not reflect the item being advertised. If a listing is rejected you will be sent an email detailing why it was rejected. You may then edit your listing to reflect the issues raised and resubmit it for approval. |
| Q: How can I pay for my listing? |
| A: spatrader.com.au accepts visa and mastercard payments, or paypal. The payment process is part of the listing submission process. |
| Q: I am a service provider to the spa industry and I am interested in advertising on www.spatrader.com.au how do I go about this? |
